Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations, and all payments are non-refundable.

Condition on shipment. Each unit is new, unused, and inspected before it leaves our facility.

Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be filed with the carrier. We will provide the commercial invoice, packing list, and shipping documentation needed to support your claim, but we are not responsible for replacement or refund of goods damaged or lost after handover to the carrier.

Warranty. EXCEPT FOR THE CONDITION-ON-SHIPMENT STATEMENT ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITROBOT US INC. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
